Visit the Self Service page to enable the service. The certificate must be added to the user’s keychain. The Cisco Jabber client for macOS here at NC State requires an InCommon Certificate that is not included with macOS by default. Have your LANTech or Departmental AD OU Admin configure your computer to install Jabber automatically by adding your AD computer object to either of these two Active Directory groups: **IMPORTANT NOTE FOR Managed Windows PCs: *Requires Cisco Jabber Softphone – please read the Jabber FAQs for more information. Screen Share and Screen Control – Share your screen or your mouse with other Cisco Jabber users. Telepresence Soft Client – Use Jabber to call other telepresence devices or a multi-point video bridge. Audio and Video Conferencing – With integration to WebEx, use Jabber to launch or join a WebEx meeting. File Transfer – Transfer files via FTP to other Cisco Jabber users. Voicemail – Listen to and manage your voice messages. Jabber can remote control your desk phone*. Alert when Available – Receive alerts when a contact becomes available.
